  • ON HOLDYour order is awaiting process completion of the payment method you have chosen. Once the payment has been made, please fill out the payment form available on our website to enable faster processing and shipping of your order.
  • PENDING PAYMENTOur account department will verify the payment information you have provided. The average payment validation time varies from 24 to 48 hours (working days).
  • PAYMENT RECEIVEDIf our accounts department has confirmed your payment. Your order will be forwarded to our shipping department. If your order encounters the slightest anomaly, our customer service will contact you within 48 hours (business days) to inform you of the changes to be made.
  • PROCESSINGYour order is taken care of by our shipping and logistics team. The average preparation time is between 24 and 72 hours depending on the details of your order (method of delivery, type of products, destination).
  • ORDER RESENDYour order was lost and we are now re-sending your shipment
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPINGSome or all of your orders is placed to our international warehouse. Delivery ranges from 10 days to 2 weeks
  • ORDER COMPLETEOrder has been delivered to you!
